Every product comes with a 10 year full warranty for free, because we have confidence in our materials and workmanship.

10 YEAR FULL WARRANTY

For purchase within contiguous U.S.

Within 10 years of the assembly, we cover all the cost of replacing or repairing of any part of the product or the product itself if the product is proven to be defective. This warranty applies to all of our products.

For international purchase

Within 10 years of the assembly, we cover all the cost of replaceable parts, if the part is proven to be defective. This warranty applies to all of our products.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • If the problem is caused by
    • improper use of the product
    • Accidental damage or neglect
    • Commercial use
    • Any other reason other than regular residential use
  • If the problem evolves from regular residential usage including
    • Corrosion, scratches, discoloration of the surface
    • All other minor defects that evolves from natural residential usage
  • Regular cleaning and maintenance
